How To schedule a Diet Chart (Kindly Note this is a premium feature and we charge a very reasonable fee of INR 200 for the Diet Chart) ?

Once the appointment is scheduled by you, we confirm the appoinment in 24-48 hours and then the doctor Consultation is done via a phone call. You are requested to take your time and explain the doctor all your possible issues so he can provide the best diagnosis.

Medicine Bill Cashback of 10% upto INR 50.
Once you buy medicines from any store that you prefer then you can send us your prescription and we shall process your cashback in 24-48 hours. The cashback shall be processed via online payment mediums (UPI, Google Pay, Paytm Wallet). We alternatively give you a choice to instead take credit points for it which you can either use for another extra consultation with the doctor or dietitian.
Diet Chart for INR 200.
You can send us your current health issues or your current health goals via whatsapp or in our link form or email and our dietitian will analyse the current requirements needed in turn will send you a personalised diet chart based to your factors.
How many times can i use each feature?
The Card comes with 4 different facilities

You can use the Doctor Consultation Twice during the validity of the card.
You can use the Dietitian Consultation Once during the validity of the card.
You can use the Medicine Bill Cashback facility only once during the validity of the card.
You can ask for Diet Charts multiple times during the validity of the card but it should be noted each time the diet chart shall be chargeable.
What is the validity period of the Card?
The Free Relief Health Card comes with a validity of 180 days or 6 months whichever is earlier from the time the card gets activated.
Once the card is renewed then it will carry a validity of one year and will be upgraded to a PREMIUM HEALTH RELIEF CARD.
How do i get the Free Relief Health Card?
Once you sign up for the free health relief card via our website then we shall process your application/s in the next 24-48 hours and will be shipped to the given address on the applied form within the next 7-14 days.
What happens if i do not choose to renew the card after 180 days?
This is a no strings attached card. If you choose not to renew the card after 180 days that is completely fine and we hope you had a great experience with our services.
What happens if i choose to renew the card after 180 days?
We would really appreciate if you choose to renew the card and then in turn we shall upgrade you to a PREMIUM RELIEF HEALTH CARD which will carry a new validity of 365 days.
How much does it cost to renew the card or upgrade to PREMIUM RELIEF HEALTH CARD?
We charge a very reasonable fee of INR 499.
What features do i receive in the PREMIUM HEALTH RELIEF CARD?
You can access all the features that were previously available in the Free Relief Health Card as well as access to our new features without no extra fees and an extended validity of 365 days.
