You can use the Doctor/Dietitian Consultation at only INR 49 per session from the second consultation onwards.
What is the validity period of the Card?
The Relief Health Card comes with a validity of 365 Days or 1 Year from the time the card gets activated.
How do i get the Free Relief Health Card?
Once you sign up for the free health relief card via our website then we shall process your application/s in the next 24-48 hours and you can access the e-card in the next 24-48 hours.
